Krysa Waraksa Recognised in the 24th Rzeczpospolita Law Firm Ranking 2026

We are pleased to announce that in this year's edition of the Law Firm Ranking published by the daily "Rzeczpospolita", we received two distinctions in the "Public Procurement Law" category, in the group of law firms with up to 50 lawyers.

Our firm received a recommendation in this category. In addition, Jakub Krysa PhD, a partner at our firm, was named a leader among lawyers specialising in public procurement law.

The "Rzeczpospolita" ranking is one of the most widely recognised surveys of the legal services market in Poland. It is also one of the few rankings based on peer review: in the first stage, law firms nominate the firms and lawyers they consider outstanding in particular areas of law. Only on the basis of these votes does the Ranking Committee select the winners. The distinctions therefore reflect, first and foremost, the opinion of the legal community, including the counsel we face in hearings before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO) and across the table in contract negotiations. This is why these distinctions are particularly valuable to us.

Public procurement law is one of the firm's core practice areas. We represent contractors and contracting authorities in appeal proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber and in court disputes concerning the performance of public contracts. We advise on bid preparation, legal risk analysis in tender procedures, and the negotiation and performance of contracts. Our work covers, among others, the IT and cybersecurity, construction, clinical trials and intelligent transport systems sectors.

We see these distinctions above all as a confirmation of the trust placed in us by our Clients, with whom we work on demanding and often unusual matters. We thank them for this cooperation.
